What payment methods do you accept?

Sorry Bud accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, the buy now, pay later options Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm, and the major credit/debit card providers Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB through Stripe.

Where do you ship?

I ship to the U.S., Canada, and the UK!

When will my order ship?

For in-hand items, orders typically ship out within 2-3 days, not including holidays or weekends. If you place an order after 5pm EST on Friday, expect your items to ship between Monday and Wednesday.

For pre-orders, read the description of the item to find out the pre-order window and/or the estimated in-hand delivery date. Most pre-orders will be open for two weeks. If you have any questions, please use the Contact form!

What if I have in-hand items and pre-order items in the same order?

Your order will ship out once I have the pre-order items in-hand. If you would like the in-hand items sooner, please place two separate orders!

How are shipping rates determined?

I try to keep my shipping rates reasonable in terms of affordability and delivery times. My shipping rates include handling, materials, and tracking. If you ever need expedited shipping, reach out using the Contact form and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Returns/Exchanges

At this time, I can't accept returns or exchanges. If you receive your items and they are damaged or defective, please use the Contact form and provide your order number and photos of the items if possible. I will get back to you and try to resolve the issue!
